Revenue evidence deserves careful access.

ARIE is N8iV Promotions’ internal software for connecting authorized marketing and revenue evidence. This page describes our baseline approach; engagement-specific controls belong in the written scope.

Security overview · Updated August 5, 2026

1. Scoped, least-privilege access

We request only the access reasonably needed for the agreed attribution work. Where a platform supports it, we prefer role-based, delegated, or read-only access over shared credentials. Clients remain responsible for approving access and may revoke it through their platform controls.

Never send platform passwords by email. Access requirements should be confirmed in writing before connection.

2. Data minimization

We focus on the fields required to connect marketing activity with business outcomes, such as campaign identifiers, spend, source data, contact or deal identifiers, lifecycle stages, values, and timestamps. We avoid collecting unrelated sensitive information when it is not needed for the engagement.

ARIE is internal software operated by N8iV Promotions LLC. It is not represented as a self-service client platform.

3. Platform and infrastructure boundaries

Depending on scope, work may involve Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Stripe, Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, Vercel, Resend, or client-provided exports. Availability and security also depend on the controls of those providers and the client’s configuration.

4. Retention and offboarding

Retention should be limited to the period needed to complete the engagement, provide the agreed report, support reasonable follow-up, and meet legal or contractual obligations. At offboarding, access should be revoked and client data deleted or returned according to the written agreement, subject to required records and backups.

5. Security concerns

Suspected unauthorized access or data exposure should be reported promptly to zajen@n8ivpromotions.com. We will investigate credible reports and coordinate appropriate containment and notification based on the circumstances and applicable obligations.

6. Shared responsibility

Attribution quality and security depend on both parties. Clients are responsible for accurate platform permissions, user administration, source-system configuration, lawful data collection, and timely revocation. N8iV is responsible for using authorized access within the agreed scope and applying reasonable safeguards.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Specific contractual commitments, confidentiality terms, data-processing requirements, or insurance representations must be documented in the signed engagement agreement.
