This policy explains what N8iV Promotions LLC collects through this website and during client engagements, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Effective August 5, 2026 · N8iV Promotions LLC

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, company, role, marketing investment range, CRM platform, Self-Audit answers, and messages. We also collect limited technical and acquisition information such as landing page, referring URL, UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, conversion page, device and browser information, and submission time.

During a paid engagement, we may process marketing, advertising, CRM, transaction, and reporting data that a client authorizes us to access.

2. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and deliver requested Self-Audit results.
  • Assess fit for a pilot engagement and provide services.
  • Connect marketing activity to pipeline or revenue outcomes.
  • Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and ARIE internal software.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use client data to train public artificial-intelligence models.

3. Analytics and campaign attribution

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics and first-party browser storage to understand page use and preserve campaign attribution. We may store first-touch and latest-touch campaign information, including UTMs and click identifiers from advertising platforms. This allows a form submission to retain the acquisition context that brought the visitor to the site.

The website also uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-HXEBK6Y9LJ) for traffic and engagement measurement, and the Meta Pixel on our home page, campaign landing page, and Revenue Self-Audit page to measure the performance of our Meta advertising and to record when a visitor completes the self-audit. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers and send page-view, device, and event data to Google and Meta, which process it under their own privacy terms.

To opt out of Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel on this browser, visit /privacy?ga_optout=1. To reverse it, visit /privacy?ga_optout=0. You can also block third-party cookies in your browser or use Meta's ad preference controls.

4. Service providers

We use service providers to host the website, deliver email, operate cloud infrastructure, and perform client-authorized work. Depending on the engagement, providers may include Vercel, Resend, Google Analytics, Meta, Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, HubSpot, Stripe, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

5. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, an active engagement, recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Client-specific retention and deletion requirements may be documented in the applicable agreement.

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and contractual exceptions. You may also ask us not to send marketing follow-up. Browser settings can clear first-party storage and restrict certain tracking technologies.
